The general conditions of sale within SURVIVOR ATTITUDE are known and accepted from the first payment and/or deposit made, and regardless of the payment method.
Notre planning annuel budgétaire, notre logistique et organisation de nos moniteurs ne nous permettent pas de procéder à un remboursement.
Any registration, deposit payment, partial or full payment commits you to participate in one of our courses (if the 14-day withdrawal period has passed). You can register or pass it on to a loved one for any other course without a deadline, as it is not possible to make a refund for any reason.
If the internship is canceled and no date suits you, you will have to choose one from the following years, until you are positioned on one of them, no refund possible.
We are not responsible for your already incurred expenses (transport, hotels, restaurants, etc.)

You will receive an email regarding the status of your order notified as "Paid".
If this is not the case after 15 days of your order, a problem has occurred and your registration has not been validated. Please contact us as soon as possible!
Désistement
More than 15 days before the internship
If you cancel more than 15 days before the course, for any personal or professional reason, medical reasons, or in case of force majeure, the partial or total payment or deposit is non-refundable but reusable as a non-nominative voucher with no expiry date. You will have to find another date on any other course or bequeath it to another person.
Less than 15 days before the internship
If you cancel within 15 days before the course, for any personal or professional reason, medical, or in the event of force majeure, the partial or total payment or deposit is lost, i.e. not reusable for logistical reasons, organization and costs incurred during the year by Survivor Attitude.

Si vous n'avez toujours rien reçu 7 jours avant le stage, c'est que votre inscription n'a pas été prise en compte, merci de nous contacter rapidement !

The full balance of the course will be refunded in the event of cancellation on our part at any time.
Lack of participants and force majeure
The lack of participants, i.e., the minimum number not reached, all cancellations, and cases of force majeure are not our responsibility. It is therefore not considered a cancellation under the responsibility of Survivor Attitude.
Si le stage est annulé et aucune date ne vous convient, il faudra en choisir une sur les années suivantes, jusqu’à se positionner sur l’une d’entre elles, pas de remboursement possible.
If the course is cancelled due to lack of participants, you will be notified 14 to 7 days before the course.
You can also contact us to be kept informed before this deadline.
On pourra selon votre choix, soit maintenir votre inscription et attendre que d'autres personnes s'inscrivent, soit d'ores et déjà choisir une nouvelle date sur le calendrier et nous vous tiendrons au courant des disponibilités.

For courses of 1 day or more.
In the Alps
Pour les stages à partir de 1 jour dans les Alpes, si il y a moins de 5 participants, le stage est annulé.
No refund possible for any payment including the deposit, you will have to choose another date.
For 2-day courses.
In France (except the Alps) and abroad
For 2-day courses, in France (except the Alps) and abroad, if there are fewer than 10 participants, the course is cancelled.

For courses of 3 days or more.
In France (except the Alps) and abroad
For courses of 3 days or more, in France (except the Alps) and abroad, if there are fewer than 8 participants, the course is cancelled.
No refund possible for any payment including the deposit, you will have to choose another date.
Upon request, we can provide you with the number of trainees already registered for a course. Even if the course is confirmed, meaning the minimum number of participants has been reached, it is possible that in the meantime, up until the date of the course, some may withdraw, thereby canceling the confirmation of the course and therefore its feasibility.
You will be notified at least 7 days before the course if there are not enough participants. We will offer to either postpone the date or maintain it and consider that the minimum number of participants is reached by the day before the course.
