Prérequis
- Open to beginners and experts who are curious to learn more. No prerequisites.
If there is a physical or other health problem, medical advice is required.
- Bonne condition physique, 4h d’activité physique minimum par semaine.
- Mandatory 100m freestyle swimming certificate (to be done in a swimming pool by appointment with a lifeguard)

Présentation
A unique and unforgettable experience!
In a military environment, you are pushed to your limits physically and mentally. Military-specific tactical survival techniques are taught.
In order to accomplish your mission on the last day, you will be taught basic military exercises such as maintaining a replica weapon, infiltration, topography, radio, camouflage, and RETEX.
The "water" component is definitely there! You'll see the specific techniques, beach infiltration, boat...
With the provided equipment, you take on the role of a commando. In scenario-based form, you must complete a mission, for example: freeing hostages, recovering explosives (airsoft), neutralizing a terrorist camp, kidnapping a war criminal, etc.

During the internship, you will attend a “Backpack Preparation” workshop.
It's interesting to see what you've packed for reasons you'll learn during the course. Aside from the minimum requirements below for food, water, and equipment, we'll let you decide what to pack.
