In Savines-le-Lac, we are in the mountains, already at an altitude of 700 m and between 1100 and 1300 m on the ground, so the weather will vary little depending on the altitude. This is specific to each course. For classic survival courses: Minimum required: 1 tarp (2x3m minimum to make a shelter), a metal cup, a knife, a sleeping bag, 1 fire flint, 3m of rope, string. The rest is up to you. Everyone has different needs :) For other courses, it is indicated on each page of the course concerned.

  • How does the internship work? Where do we sleep?

During our courses, we teach you techniques and apply them to you. This takes the form of workshops, exercises, games, scenarios, etc. Generally, you wake up between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. The end of the day ends between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. All our courses take place in the form of bivouacs. You sleep in nature.

  • During survival courses, it's all about learning techniques. The only walking will be for workshops such as "identifying plants," "orientation, navigation," and "first aid." The courses where walking will be required are those that are a little more advanced, such as commando/military courses, survival experience, autonomy development, urban survival, and intensive survival.

Non, malheureusement, nous pouvons pas accepter les animaux.

Security

  • Depuis 2010, que ça soit lors des stages pour les particuliers ou les profesionnels, nous n'avons eu aucun incident majeur.

  • Forest animals, danger?

Our land is quite open, and the animals are timid. There may be foxes that approach, but they're not mean; they're just looking for food.

The COVID situation

  • Jusqu'à nouvel ordre, à l'extérieur, en nature, il n'est pas obligatoire de porter le masque, d'être vacciner, d'avoir un test PCR, d'avoir un passeport sanitaire.
